·            Understanding of 5GNR/LTE/UMTS 3GPP Air interface specifications. Network Carrier Testing
Experience, LTE, 5G-NR protocol knowledge at UE side (L1/L2/L3)
·            Hands-on experience and knowledge of 3GPP (UMTS & LTE) Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocol and
call processing
·            IMS/VoLTE Experience is a must
·            Must have knowledge of 3GPP IMS core standards. Network Carrier Testing Experience, LTE,
5G-NR protocol knowledge at UE side (L1/L2/L3)
·            Good at Debugging and root causing the issues
·            Exposure to commercial test simulators and test systems such as: Keysight, R&S, Spirent and
Anritsu for wireless telephony product verification
·            Familiarity with RF testing, test hardware, mobile phone testing including hardware and
android software
·            Nice to have test automation and python scripting skill
·            Good understanding of 3GPP2 CDMA and 3GPP 5G/4G/3G/2G systems
·            Good understanding of Telephony and protocol stack service
·            Knowledge of QXDM logs and ADB Commands (must)

JOB SUMMARY
This position requires a dynamic leader that can oversee multiple agile mobile application
software projects simultaneously, and run scrum meetings for each. The person who fills
this role should be a seasoned, certified Scrum Master that can adjust their style to meet
the dynamic challenges of software development. The Scrum Master will be responsible
for sprint planning, retrospectives, running daily / weekly stand-up meetings, sending out
notes and action items, and helping the managers to plan work for team members.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Works closely with development teams to continuously improve team’s software
delivery
 Actively and consistently supports different stakeholders to ensure the highest
quality software products to our customers
 Plans upcoming sprints for a given project, including helping the team to reach
consensus for what can be achieved during the sprint
 Monitors and reports on sprints that are in-progress
 Coordinates project activities including updating the project status and release
history
 Works with the leadership team to strategically improve the efficiency and
effectiveness of our Agile processes
 Assisting with internal and external communication for the team and improving
transparency
 Supporting and educating the Product Owner and team, especially with respect to
reviewing and maintaining the product backlog
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 Thorough understanding of the Agile/SAFe
 Understands both Scrum and Kanban methodologies
 Strong organizational skills
 Extensive experience working with JIRA, or other Agile development tools (Rally,
Trello, VersionOne, or similar)
 Experience with mobile software development is preferred
 A servant leadership style that can facilitate and build team consensus
 Effective oral, written, and presentation skills are required
 Excellent interpersonal communication and facilitation skills
 Knowledge of TDD/BDD, CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing preferred
 Excellent ability to work well with shifting priorities
 The ability to identify and eliminate road blocks that team members may
encounter during a sprint
 Critical thinker, ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and maintain positive
attitude
 Display professional, positive, and approachable attitude/demeanor and discretion
 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
 5-7 years ScrumMaster experience
 Certified Scrum Master CSM or PMI-ACP or equivalent
EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Management
or related field or equivalent work experience
